Paid $75 north Richland hills, TX.......also just got a ticket the other day for running a tollbooth back in February on my way to The Colony. Ticket was for $3.80, thought it was pretty wierd it took them 9 months to send me a ticket. They also had a picture of my truck on that ticket

Wow, those are cheap tickets. Got one in Scottsdale, AZ had to pay $289 or traffic school for $220

Checked the online video, confirmed it was me, cussed about what BS it was (didn't come to complete stop to right on red), then paid it. Before they stopped the program, it was $50/event, so I contributed $100 total.

These things are all over the DC area.

In Maryland & DC they have speeding cameras (they are not allowed in Virginia). It's such bullshit. Nothing more than a tax.

I got one and paid it $75. Worst part was they list your speed and I was doing 18 in a 40. I was looking for an address, this was 7 years ago. Total bullshit, who runs a light at 22mph under the speed limit. I didn't realize the light turned red.

now facing 256 if I don't win, I may just find a lawyers at the court room who is already there for c note.

No, but wife did when we were living in Phoenix. Were told by some friends not to pay, that ticket only valid if issued in person. About 2 months later we get a knock on the door at about 8pm, and with a few glasses of Cab in me I answered. This meek dude handed me the paperwork and muttered "sorry man" as he scooted away. End result: $275 for ticket, $150 for the cost of having it served in person, and another $150 for cost of mandatory defensive driving school b/c of nature of offense. Ridiculous example of "money grab".

Not worth it... you won't beat it. Just pay the ticket !
