$7 million worth of cocaine found by Indiana State Police

Police in Indiana seized over 300 pounds of cocaine over the weekend during an inspection stop of a tractor-trailer on Interstate 70.
Indiana State Police said in a news release they seized 309 pounds of cocaine during a traffic stop near the Cloverdale Exit Saturday afternoon. ISP said the truck was en route from Joplin, Missouri, to Richmond, Indiana.
The value of the drugs is estimated to be $7 million.
Troopers stopped the tractor-trailer between Terre Haute and Indianapolis, for what ISP said was a routine Department of Transportation compliance inspection.
During the stop, troopers said they observed “criminal indicators” and a K-9 unit was called out. The dog gave a positive alert, and upon inspection troopers found the drugs in the truck's sleeper berth.
Troopers arrested 25-year-old Gurpreet Singh and 30-year-old Jasveer Singh, both of California. They face felony narcotics dealing charges, according to the ISP.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement Enforcement and Removal Operations placed deportation holds on both imen.
