How exactly did you answer my question? By posting a list of potential people one might see on the street and asking me to pick out which one would is the obvious suspicious one? And of course I am suppose to pick "a young guy in a hoodie that Zimmerman doesn't recognize". So, what you are saying is that just because Zimmerman did not recognize him, that made him suspicious? Or was it the hoodie? You do realize that there are 263 houses in that community. So, you expect me to believe that Zimmerman knows every single person that lives in those houses and knows who belongs and who doesn't? If that's true, he is one amazing guy...

A) The 911 dispatcher did not tell him to not to follow Martin. This is a lie. The dispatcher said these exact words "ok, we don't need you to do that."

B) He shoots and kills the unarmed man. This is not a lie. This is correct.

C) You say he shot the unarmed man he follows. This is a lie. You have no clue if he followed him. None of us do.

1) Stalk someone? Since when is walking up to someone in your neighborhood stalking?
2) Confront them? We don't know whom confronted whom.
3) "Martin had just much of a right to defend himself and beat Zimmerman's ass than Zimmerman had to shoot him." Is defending yourself beating someone's ass or stopping a threat to you or someone else using the minimum amount of force necessary to stop the threat?
4) Zimmerman had a gun and felt a little over confident about confronting people? You and Vittered making stuff up again? How would you know this?

I'm not in court right now. I can say what I want. When someone is following me I consider it stalking. If I'm walking in my neighborhood and someone is falling me in a vehicle and then leaves that vehicle to follow me on foot I consider that stalking. I would call the police and tell them I was being stalked by a creeper. You guys are such full of shit. If someone is tailing you like that, that is an act of aggression. It's game time. No way in hell am I going to be polite to an individual following me like that.

5 years minimum.

Fact, we do not know that Martin was high on marijuana. Here is what we know...

Martin's autopsy indicated that medical examiners found THC, the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana, when they tested Martin's blood and urine. The amount described in the autopsy report is such a low level that it would have played no role in Martin's behavior, said Larry Kobilinsky, a professor of forensic science at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York.
"This kind of level can be seen days after somebody smokes," Kobilinsky said. "If it comes up in the case, I would be surprised. It wouldn't benefit the defense, it wouldn't benefit the prosecution, and if the defense tried to bring it up, the judge would keep it out."



Chances are what was in his system was from something he smoked days before.


Fact, there is still no conclusive evidence as to who was screaming. Here is what was written in the same article...




The release of evidence did little to clear up whose voice is screaming for help in the background of several 911 calls made during the fight.




The 3rd fact you mention was just released so I have to assume its true. I do not doubt that a fight occurred so that fact is probably true. But not the first 2, at least the part about who was screaming. First one does not matter and 2nd one is still questionable.
