I think I may have changed from murder 2 to manslaughter but this guy deserves time for this in my opinion. It is that double sided right wing move that is seen here all the time. Same thing when they can blame obama on no matter what side he comes in on.
This way if GZ gets off russ can say "see, he never should have been arressted" if he gets convicted he can say " I said he deserved time" it is the way these guys operate all the time.
You guys are lost. I said from the get go that it was out of everyone's hands once he was arraigned. At that point and time all that matters is decided by the judge and jury. The burden was then on the prosecution. You guys can't even get your facts straight about what I say much less keep track of everything else. Once it was set for trial you go from there. I can see Z doing some time because it is such a political football. He should do some time in the sense that I think it will drop to manslaughter. He was the adult but Trayvon was no saint. I don't think Zimmerman was a trigger happy cop wannabe like Vit but I do think that Martin was an accident looking for a place to happen. As I recall the response time by the police was historically slow and that prompted Z to take matters in hand before M got away.
Why was Martin an accident looking for a place to happen? Even if he was the stereotype of what you are making him out to be, what difference does that make in the case? In this case, he was a kid walking home from a store. Nothing of what he might have grown up to be, or what he was before that night matters.

I have came to the final thought this is either race or social racist in one way or another. I think it's easy to see where everyone is coming from.
