C)He was aggressive in his speech, frustrated about the punks and assholes getting away with things, by his own words, and aggressive in his actions with following the kid when the police told him not to, and in shooting the kid for no legally acceptable reason, since his injuries were minor, and he was not in any life threatening danger. He was losing a fistfight, that he may have started.

1. Rachel - a liar is a liar, she also said she wrote the testimony that she could not even read (cursive). Not a credible witness, she hurt the case, and probably been better off not calling her. But.....she was necessary because the case is so weak.
