You're right...they aren't stupid people and would not bring about a case they think is a loser. My guess is that GZ story is simply not beleivable and he's been caught in lies. The evidence probably isn't enough to get a conviction but it is clear if GZ didn't follow him for no reason...this doesn't occur.

Why would you think the 911 operator telling him not to follow isn't an issue? If a 911 operator is instructing CPR over the phone I think most people listen. The fact that he had no cause to follow him and was told not follow because police were on the way...does matter.

He followed him because he was black. I don't care if GZ is white, mexican, asian or whatever....that is why he followed and that caused the entire incident. If he doesn't have his gun as backup, he doesn't follow or try to confront TM. For those actions...he deserves to be tried.

We know the necessary facts. Zimmerman is a wanna be cop who calls 911 everytime he gets a chance. FACT. Zimmerman was advised not to follow the victim. FACT. Zimmerman shot and killed an unarmed man. FACT. These facts draw a very easy conclusion. I don't need to see testimony from his father or anybody else to come to my own conclusion.

Zimmerman found "not guilty" on all counts. FACT.
