I've lived all over the world gents but let me be the first to tell you that Eastern Europe is a great big diamond in the rough. I don't know about living there long term but I can tell you it's definately a spot you can chill in for a year or so and love to death. This is all you need to know:

Beautiful women? Uh, of course.
Cheap? Well, yes.
Good food? Damn tasty.
Weather? Has all the seasons minus the rain.
Jobs? Eastern Europe is booming.

And most of them speak English. What's not to love?

When I was in Dubai my roommate went cycling with a pilot. The pilot said the most beautiful women in the world are in Kiev followed by the women in the Czech Republic. I think that's where my next travel destination will be.
