The girl that answered in customer service said I must have just missed them, but they provide 10 minute lines on EVERY game. I promised her I didn't miss them. In fact, they have the 10 minute games on MAYBE 10% of the games tonight. So she said they must have had a problem tonight. I said I have played the week and haven't seen them. She implied I was wrong, got very pissed, and interrupted my next question to say if there was nothing else, then thanks for calling. I asked for a manager. He was nicer, but still had no answers. He tells me that the email must be a mistake. They only offer it for bigger games, televised.
So I asked about sentence two where they offer live in game betting. he explained that they do, in fact, have in game betting. They provide half time lines for every game. I told him that was NOT in game betting, but he disagreed and we went round and round.
So I asked about the second 10 minute betting also on the email. He said they do take bets on the second 10 minutes, but its actually the first 10 minutes of the second half.
Basically 0-3 for the mail they sent out. What a racket! I swear I am done with this place as "same shit, different day" applies.
