I trust everything will be resolved quickly now.

All of these rules are clearly stated on the site, and it is up to every trader in my opinion to read them before depositing with the site. Just like with sportsbooks, people don't read the rules and then try and get out their money only to be told they have to do x before they can receive y.

You will get your money - you don't have to worry about that!!

Next time I would suggest using Neteller hehe, much faster than mailing out cheques... and no hassles with CC drivers liscences and photo ID.

I also trust that they hire people who actually know what there doing....Like I said I'll let the forum know when I finally get paid....OVER THRRE WEEKS AND COUNTING! hehehe

Also according to thier customer service...you ONLY have to wait 30 days if you want the money credited back to your CC(not in check form) AND you do need to send them your drivers license and credit card for ALL types of withdrawals....Again that's according to thier customer rep this AM....Again just seems like a big time hassle.

Self Buying and Selling Concern Handled

For those of you who are hesitant to post up and really make some money in this venture. This announcement was made by the company President last week. These penalties should stop these actions and continue to add credibility to what the site is trying to establish.

Effective immediately:

1. First warning - $100 fine
2. Second warning - $500 fine
3. Third warning - $2,500 fine and your account will be terminated.

We will post the list of offenders in this thread as they are discovered.
As well the trades will be reversed and fines applied.

There is a system process watching for this activity during the final implementation of the code to restrict this abuse once and for all. There are clerks going through the trade records as I write this. Trades before this post will not be reversed or penalized.

The rules and terms/conditions will be revised to include this ruling.

Just wanted to say i just got the check this morning. Today I got the check, August 24th...That's exactly ONE MONTH and two days after I requested my monies. Peebs I thank you for all your help, BUT I have to warn fellow RXr's to STAY AWAY!! from this site, the customer service was incompetent if you could get hold of them, the payment schedule was extremely, extremely slow. And NOONE every contacted myself, I had to make 20 "chat calls" and ask you for help in resolving the issue. Also they have no live people to TALK to on the phone....evrything is by computer and those people don't know their own buisness.
IMO AVOID ALLSPORTSMARKET......And this comes from a client who actually didn't lose any monies with allsportsmarket.

I am gald you got your cheque finally. I am not gald that you did not like the service. You are the first I have heard complain of the customer support being 'incompetent'. Frankly I think that is a bit of a harsh statement from a user who used the service for only a month.

Openforums are for passing along information, and freedom of speech, and I respect you for voicing your concerns.

I will pass on your dissapointment to the mangement to see if your isolated incident can be handled better in the future.

As I said in the past, Joe this is the first time I have heard of a user claim incompetance and lack of knowledge of the service on the part of the Customer Support Staff. I think this is why Mr. Rabalais wants to publicly address this situation.

He has my FULL PERMISSION to list every conversation I had with all the customer service people. I have everyone's name that I "chatted" with as well as the day that it occurred. I made 7 attempts to get my money and was NEVER told that about the rules. YES they are posted and that should have been relayed to me on the FIRST conversation. Not the fifth and NOT after TWO WEEKS of pulling the money out of the account and I could not have access to it. I don't know what the President wants to disclose. Everything in this thread is FACT. They are NOT allegations, this was just the way MY situation was handled. And because of how bad it was handled I think that the it was bad business on thier part IMO

First off the statement wasn't intended to start a "pissing match." Not my cup of tea. I used the word allegation because there is a current userbase of over 6,000 active traders that have access to the open forums on the site. And you would think that if the customer service was incompetant and they processed cheque requests slowly - the forums would be littered with these types of statements. That just isnt the case sir. They run a good ship over there and are very proud of their customer relations.

Yes I am affiliated with the site as I am active trader at the moment and am trying to spread the word about what I feel is the most reveloutionary sports gaming site on the internet. You have no idea how big this thing is going to get in the coming years.

I have conveyed your request to Chris and the operations department is currently creating the audit trail file.

Like I said Peebs, it was just my story of how ALLSPORTSMARKET handled "My Situation." More importantly how HORRIBLE they handled it. In those CHAT logs that you are so conviently LEAVING OUT....Which for anyone who is concerend contains NOTHING OFFENSIVE, VULGAR, OR OTHERWISE UNPOSTABLE....The only thing it does show is that I had FOUR (4) or FIVE (5) conversations with ALLSPORTSMARKET customer service and NEVER did they mention that I needed to fax anything in, in fact they never mentioned that the money was not on its way. Only AFTER I contacted them for the 5th time and told them I never recieved an e-mail NOR my money did someone who actually knew what was going on, tell me how to go about getting my money. And like I said the money was taken out of the account the minute I made the so-called withdrawal. SO Peebs do me a favor and post the chats you have my permission, because your really painted some "rose colored glass" picture when in fact...it is opposite. You can even just read this thread and see that I kept chatting with LILY and never was told a DAMN THING. You do what you want now PEEBS, this is now a joke, just like the site that you are TOUTING....Final words this should be in SITE PROMOTIONS.....

For starters this website has every right to be in this thread since it pertains to financial investments and market simulations.

I have simply been passing on information as it pertains to the development and progression of this novel concept. I would not call that TOUTING.. since I am not selling picks or anything for that matter... if anything the site is very gracious to new users and provides great incentives - that is if you follow the rules.

Like I said before and I will say agin, if this rotten inadaquate customer sevice you speak of is common practice; why are the ASM forums not littered with the same views you share.

Look, you didn't follow the rules that were clearly emailed to you and it took longer than usual to get your initial investment back.

Today my advisors, legal team and myself will begin the process of locating at least 3 potential underwriters for our public offering.

The upcoming closing of our private placement on October 8, 2005 signals the start of this process.

1. Don't forget to login tommorow to be part of the NCAAB remaining Division 1 teams that are being IPOed at 3 pm EST. All teams are starting @ $2.50 with a float of 400. Some teams will be an excellent investment who are dominant in their respective divisions.

Well I hope some of you took advantage of the extremely sensitive information regarding the private placement of this company that anyone could have obtained for the last couple months on allsportsmarket.com....

Because as the the CEO and President stated this afternoon.. that's all folks!!

At exactly 6:41pm Eastern on September 28, 2005, the 250,000 share private placement available for sale on AllSportsMarket.com under the symbol ASMA1 completely sold out.

The private placement ASMA1 shares are real and legally valid now.

They will convert to shares that will be placed on deposit with your broker prior to the August 9, 2006 first public offer.

When selling your shares, you must endorse them on the back side (per the listed instructions) to convey to the buyer.

We expect to price the offer at $10 or more. So, yes, they will be valued at that amount.

Ladies and gents for those who did not heed my advice I can safely say that you will be :kicking: in the behind for not having bought any of this gaming company at 0.98 to 1.48 / share when you had the opportunity.


Next year when this thing goes public, a lot of the 6500 users on the site will be very wealthy individuals for having invested their time, money and confidence in the next internet sports revolution.

ts ok, because come superbowl sunday if you want to still get in on these shares, you can when they unlock and trade freely on the exchnage for a couple months leading up to the full public offering.

Just glancing back over this... surprised the poster above had problems, the automated reciept has a section saying if this is your first time, read this.. or similar..

Anyone still doing well here, withdrawn 4 dimes now (back to Neteller in ~24 hours each time), and have a few investments in company stock which I think is a decent proposition..

Would still encourage posters to try it out if you haven't done so, not sure what the current offer is (maybe Peebs can advise), but the longer you wait, the more the shares increase ;-)
