It has been a rough stretch for me recently, which is part of a long season. The good news is I’m having 1-2 or 2-3 days as opposed to 0-3 or 0-5. I feel like Gerrit Cole with a 6-2 lead is usually a winning bet, but it wasn’t yesterday.
I’m betting against LA based on the spot as much as anything else tonight. Feels like a bit of a letdown spot coming off a series with the Padres. They got into Milwaukee late last night and lost an hour in the process. After a big come from behind win in extras last night over their rival and a series win, it could be tough for them to really be dialed in today.
I have a first five bet I really like today, I’m just waiting on lineups before I bet it. I will update later.

Rockies/Pirates over 4.5 F5 (-110), 2*
I’m just going to bet these now. I don’t need the lineups. The Pirates -0.5 is the bet I really like. If I weren’t scuffling, it would be a top 3* bet. Maybe I’ll add a unit later. I’m buying low on the Pirates against a team who I think is pretty mediocre despite their success against the Mets over the weekend. While you don’t want to lose seven straight, losing to Tampa and Toronto is at least understandable. I like the spot and the pitching matchup for the Pirates. Good luck.
