Okay guys. There's been a lot going on the last 2 days. I talked with JOH about it yesterday and wanted to wait until I had a meeting tbis morning to make it public. Over the weekend, my soon to be ex took everything out of my bank account and other accounts. I was working on moving Sunday. She knew about these contest and me running them, I didn't realize she had any access to any of my accounts anymore. I had a meeting this morning with my divorce lawyer and he said that we should be able to get everything back he just isn't sure on an exact time frame.
Regardless of what happens I will make sure every single person gets paid every dime of what they won. Im not gonna be accused of stealing money from people, that's not what I'm about. So give me a few days to get this all straightened out. Regardless of what happens with her and the money she took, I will make sure everyone gets paid.
I will be stepping away from running the contests after this monthly contest is over due to this happening. I understand how it looks and I don't want anyone to be nervous about playing in the contests because of it.
I'll give updates to everyone that won money or was due a refund via PM about their payments and how we are gonna get them paid.

So sorry she took it to that level with you, I appreciate you updating us as awkward & uncomfortable as it might feel. I can 100% vouch for you & have zero doubt you’ll figure it out. Hope she comes to her senses.
Very sorry to hear the situation you're in, I imagine how overwhelming that is. I guess the only issue I have is I'm not clear why the refunds requested on 2/8 and again on 2/11 weren't given based on the timeline that you highlighted. Again, you don't need people piling on right now, just felt the need to express that comment since you had days before this occurred to refund by clicking a button in Paypal.
In hindsight that would have been the best thing to do. I was waiting to make sure people didn't want to transfer to the other pool. And I was getting everything orgainized about who owed what for each pool and who had paid what. I was going to put it all in a spreadsheet so I could make sure I had everyone straight and in order. With everything that was going on and working on moving at the same time I didn't get it done. So you're right, I should have done that instead of waiting until everything was done.
Wow that’s low for someone to do that. I’ve seen too many divorces go that route where both on same accounts but get it back over time Situation is unfortunate but for those hatin on him and callin him out saying he’s pullin’ a BAS isn’t right
He came on here to explain the situation which in itself shows his character… if he was bouncin’ with the money why would he say anything at all. Give him time to make it right.
