I'm working on it still. She has refused to do anything, it appears I'm gonna have to wait until we go to court to get it taken care of.

I'm looking at what my options are to get a loan so that I can get everyone taken care of and then paying it off after our court stuff gets settled. I'm gonna attempt to do that this week so by the end of the week I should have a better update.

Said on February 21st.
It's now March 6th.

I feel your pain Swami. I didn't cash in the squares but I totally get your frustration.
I'm fairly new to this forum and I have run pools for over 45 years and close to
15 years on the Officefootballpool.com
I have hosted a couple of pools myself since joining this forum.
NFL confidence, CFB Bowl ,and Super Bowl squares.
I know for a fact the RX site has a disclaimer that says
"Warning: Contests organized by third-party forum users are not endorsed in any way by The RX. Play at your own risk."
I'm not trying to be Captain Obvious here but stuff like this happens all the time
with group bets, pools, contests.
The interactions I have had with Spider in just a few months were positive
and I am surprised at all of this.
I was in several horse racing groups at Del Mar, Santa Anita, Arlington Park
over the last 30 years.
Several bettors put in hundreds each on a large P6 ticket.
It was a huge C/O.
I don't think the ticket hit the jackpot. Maybe 5 out of 6.
No one ever heard from the guy again.
Hopefully Spider can step up and do what is right and payout everyone asap.

Thanks Fredo. I'm just saying it might be wise to make the moderators aware there is a snake around, to prevent Patrick Webb from sneaking back. In reading Webbs post, I thought it was OK because he was really into the pools. (Attached) I did read the disclaimer, and had no problems with JOH in charge. If anyone has any ideas, let us know. It does taint the idea of getting in the pools. I was a bar owner with pools every week for years. In cases of thefts, or just shorts, I always made it right.

$11,400 total. Perfect timing for a burn I guess.

I don' think the $100 squares filled.
Some of them got moved to the $50 squares.
I did see a post on here from someone asking for his $100 refund.
But I don't know for sure.

if the signup sheet is accurate, looks like 27 squares paid and 13 transferred over to the 50 pool. That leaves $1400 in refunds owed. Don’t know if anyone received any.
