VCU Rams +7 (-110), 1 unit: First true road game for the Longhorns. Really tough place to bring a young team. Look for max effort from the Rams against their former coach. Texas wins but it will be close.
Virginia Cavaliers +3 (-110), 1 unit: Major revenge spot for the Cavaliers tonight. This team is more equipped to attack the press than last years team and this year's Mountaineers team is not as well positioned to play at Virginia's tempo.
Villanova Wildcats -4.5 (-110), 1 unit: Battle of the guards versus battle of the front court. I'll take the guards. Look for Wright and the Wildcats to pressure the Bulldogs the same way Texas did when they made their huge comeback. Virtual home game for Villanova.
Syracuse Orange -6 (-110), 1 unit: The Huskies do not shoot it well enough or move the ball well enough to give this zone problems. If Connecticut can't shoot it well and the Orange continue to not give up offensive rebounds they get past Connecticut.
Vermont Catamounts +3.5 (-110), 1 unit: Getting value here as the Catamounts laid a turd in their last game. This is a very good, experienced, athletic Vermont team. The Golden Eagles also have rival Wisconsin up next.
Grand Canyon Antelopes +5.5 (-110), 1 unit: Antelopes get a home game against a big time program. Both teams are going to pressure the ball and both teams are going to turn it over. The difference to me is that LoVett did not make the trip for the Red Storm and he is a big part of what they do on offense and defense.
