Old Dominion Monarchs -4.5 (-110), 1 unit:
Huge advantage for the Monarchs on the offensive glass, especially with the Sycamores potential injury issues.

Hofstra Pride +9 (-110), 1 unit: The Pride struggle defensively but I don't think the Tigers have the ability to really exploit that advantage. Look for this one to be close and for the backdoor to be open as Hofstra can really score.

Boise State Broncos +1.5 (-110), 1 unit:
Gut feel on this one. They survived a game yesterday in which they blew a huge lead and found a way to get it done late. I've seen that be a springboard for teams in these small tournaments. I also like the Broncos shooters against the likely zone we will see from the Redbirds.

New Mexico State Aggies -4.5 (-110), 1 unit: Aggies are more battle tested, more athletic and have a revenge spot against their former coach in this one.

North Carolina Tar Heels -7 (-110), 1 unit: The Tarheels have a huge edge in the back court and even with the travel I think they have too much for the Cardinal.

Texas A&M Aggies -5 (-110), 1 unit: The way the Aggies handled the West Virginia pressure makes me think they will be able to do the same with the Cowboys. They also have their rim protector back with Williams which can only help.

UCLA Bruins +4 (-110), 1 unit: Bruins are undervalued as people are too focused on the China issue. Holiday, Wilkes and Welsh are a terrific trio and the Bluejays will be overmatched at the 4 and the 5.

South Dakota State Jackrabbits +7.5 (-110), 1 unit:
Better matchup for the Hawkeyes today but Daum should still pose a huge problem. Motivation may be an issue for Iowa but not for the Jackrabbits who get a chance to get a win over a Big10 team.

Wichita State Shockers -11.5 (-110), 1 unit: Max effort today from the Shockers after looking past Cal yesterday. Wichita State has too many athletes and too much size for the Golden Eagles who rely on open 3's to score. They won't see those looks today.

VCU Rams -5 (-110), 1 unit: Situational play for me. Just cannot imagine the Bears have much left after blowing a huge lead yesterday. Conversely the Rams were embarrassed and I would expect to see a defensive lockdown and just enough points to get it done.

Notre Dame Fighting Irish -8 (-110), 1 unit: Every year in Maui a team announces itself as a contender. This year I think everyone is looking at WuShock but they should be looking at the Fighting Irish. Colson and Farrell are about as good a combo as you can get. The Tigers have not been tested yet and they don't have anyone who can guard Colson.

Texas A&M Aggies -5 (-110), 2 units:
The Aggies are the most complete and most impressive team I have seen this year. The Nittany Lions have yet to be tested and while Carr may get his points I'm not sure who else scores. Texas A&M is a matchup nightmare for them as well.

Wisconsin Badgers -3 (-110), 1 unit: If we get the Badger team that played the last 10-15 minutes of last night's game then this one should go their way. It's a very young team but they have some real players in addition to Happ. The Bruins look to score in transition and Wisconsin won't let them do that. I expect UCLA to get frustrated and the Badgers to pull away in the second half.

Minnesota Golden Gophers -4 (-110), 1 unit:
Still think this Gophers squad is a little underrated. They should get a lot of second chance points with a big advantage on the offensive glass. Also like they fact that they've been tested with a road game at Providence while this is the Crimson Tide's first big game.

West Virginia Mountaineers -8 (-110), 1 unit:
Mountaineers usually have an advantage in tournaments like this as their style wears you down. Tigers are a turnover machine which is going to play right into West Virginia's hands.

Portland Pilots +9 (-110), 1 unit: The Pilots are going to be motivated to get a win over a "name" team. I like what Porter is doing with this program, they're heading in the right direction. The Blue Demons have to be ready to just get back on a plane and get home.

Michigan State Spartans -1.5 (-110), 1 unit: Two things I like early in the season: Spartans have already played in a big game and the Tar Heels have not and I give Michigan State an advantage in the back court with the way Berry has been playing recently.

Ohio State Buckeyes EVEN (-110), 1 unit:
This one should be a defensive battle. Buckeyes have a few more options on the offensive end and a coach who knows the other team's personnel and tendencies very well.

Florida Gators +2.5 (-110), 1 unit: Gators have enough big bodies to throw at Bagley and a slight advantage at the guard spot.

Wisconsin Badgers +7 (-110), 1 unit:
Badgers are certainly battle tested and have fought hard in all three of their defeats. They finally shot it well against Milwaukee and will need to do so tonight against the pack line as Happ is going to have a tough time scoring. In a game with limited possessions and tough defense I like the idea of basically getting 3 extra baskets.

Xavier Musketeers -4.5 (-110), 1 unit:
Max effort coming tonight from the Musketeers after their last disaster against ASU. Brutally tough place to play and a motivated Chris Mack with time to prepare trumps Scott Drew every time.

Northwestern Wildcats -2.5 (-110), 1 unit:
Value here after the blowout against Texas Tech and the Yellow Jackets close call with UCLA. This is a tough, experienced team that knows it has to win games like this to get back to the tournament. Don't read too much into their early season results as they have no home court (playing at Allstate Arena) and know now is the time to turn it on.

South Dakota State Jackrabbits +10.5 (-110), 1 unit: A lot to like about this Jackrabbits squad. Mostly the fact that they have the best player on the floor in Daum and the Rebels have Va. Tech on the horizon.
