A minimum of 3 candidates will be selected into the HOF and no more then 6 can be selected.
A 39-member panel will vote on the 15 finalists. A candidate must get 80 percent of the vote to be elected. If fewer than three get 80 percent the 3 highest percent candidates will be elected to get to 3. If more then 6 get 80 percent then the highest 6 percent will be elected.
Much harder to get into the baseball HOF
