I'm working on it still. She has refused to do anything, it appears I'm gonna have to wait until we go to court to get it taken care of.

I'm looking at what my options are to get a loan so that I can get everyone taken care of and then paying it off after our court stuff gets settled. I'm gonna attempt to do that this week so by the end of the week I should have a better update.

As I said before. I'm trying to get everything figured out. I'm still here, I'm not gonna a disappear. I'm gonna send each person that is owed a PM tonight with the amount. I am going to send out some this week, not sure how much that is going to be yet.

Words are great, actions are better. Please don't say you are going to do something in your control, and not do it. You should publicly post who you owe money to, and how much so it is clear you know the plan of action. Post account name and amount owed for the records. I understand you're working on it, but you lost our funds, and now you just made another promise you didn't keep (PMing us last night with the amount). Just post here in the thread with the full amounts so that we're all on the same page.

Failure to fulfill promises typically leads to action against the one that promised. I would recommend that a promise made is a promise kept. Let's see those PMs so I don't have to hire someone to look into the story and waste more money than I'm owed just for principle alone.

Come on guys....give SW a chance to live up to his word. I've been in his situation, where almost every dollar was cleaned out as she left. Not a pretty circumstance. He says he'll pay up, let's not hammer him unless he doesn't live up to his word.
