I don't understand why buck didn't put oday in first, why Britton before oday?
This thread cracks me up. Chalk betting square players complaining about another loss when betting against the scrappy, hotest team in bases with the actual "best pen" in the bigs. They swept the team w best record in bigs .... The outfield doesn't allow a hit in the gap. Let's be realistic here. Ur jilted from the loss don't play the blame game when u don't know what ur saying.
I appreciate you categorizing me as a "chalk betting square" player..and I guess you know that from reading through my 3,700+ posts over the past 4 years and was able to deduce that from my mlb, ncaaf, and nfl comments/posts and my posted MLB thread plays from earlier this season.
The fact of who is hot or who is not or who catches balls in the gaps or any comparison to any other bullpen had NOTHING to do with my post! I simply called out the Baltimore bullpen and their lack of clutchness/balls/preparedness, etc...
As i said, the past 2 games..PAST 2 GAMES. My comments were not about the Baltimore bullpen for the entire year, just the past 2 games.
Its great that both these guys had stellar years, but like Ernie Banks would tell you, that ring is pretty special and most of these guys would rather win an AL championship than a Rolaids Relief Man of the Year award.
