only thing that makes me angry, is that anyone who plays omaha would not cap the turn with his hand

since he was capping, i kind of assumed he had the same as me, or 44, 22....

and then the river for 700 bucks.

i know he still had 9 outs... but i am just angry it hits after we cap the turn with the nuts for me

I know that probably every authority on the game may say this was played right by you i dont agree...Im just calling here and the reason is exactly what happened. You may have the best hand now but you cannot due to the size of the pot get anyone to lay down a better draw..and your especially vulnerable when u have trips and not a set..anybody has AAw 2 low cards or KK w same is not going anywhere and if they hit low on the river they will split w you or hit high they will win. In pot limit you have the best hand you should bet it but in limit its all about the best draw, its rarely possible to give someone incorrect odds to play a draw in multi way pots..
It was bad for him to raise the turn like he did but for the same reason i dont think u should have on the flop...He has a very weak kicker for not having a boat and about the only hand thats calling is a made boat (you) or something like A310X which has him beat 9 ways to sunday and might even send him out with nothing if the low hits...
I'm playing the flop very slowly almost every hand unless i have the uncounterfeitable nuts and even then im looking to build pots with the bigger bets on the turn and river ...
And even stranger coming from me and probably only because im playing with a bigger bankroll right now then in the past but a beat like that doesnt tilt me anything like it would in a tourny. If that Casey guy stays at the table he's going to give that money back to somebody playing those shit hands w those crappy draws....Im fairly confident these days that if he hangs around another 20 hands ill make some money off that guy so i just consider it a high interest short term loan.
I dont know how late you play but after about 9pm central they get some pretty loose 5/10 and 10/20 games going at UB/AP....9 players with a list several nights a week...15/30 is a little rarer. Ive also been playing some at FT, 2-4 and 3-6 wth some PL mixed in.....you at my table you better let me know...i dont want no surprise attacks......lol
