Hard to say because you'd have to compare across eras a bit. Blas Martinez was pretty good. Jose Miller was by all accounts a cut above in his day. Of the recent players I'd say Arias Tuck and Cito Robertson were pretty damn good (and don't take the end of their careers as representative). Tuck was the best shooter back in the 90s, while Cito was the most complete guard.

Cito and Tuck where the best in their time, and like tapa said, Henry is the best player by far right now, another good one is Cliff, but he's doesnt play that much now...........
Cliff is now playing in the torneo de invierno de escazu....but like i said i think miller and morris are the better than henry, miller was at least once the best player of south america on the 70's or 60's and was like 5 times best ball player of chile and morris i think he played for a USA college cant remember the name and that was back in the day around 60's or 70's too
