I could only think of Forrest Gump...

Maybe a gangster movie, i know I missed a few good gangster movies, anyone that can name them let me know..not the well known gangster movies

Judge, it is my favorite too, and has been since 1987, have it on DVD..great soundtrack also.

Really like Amelie and also Aimee & Jaguar too..two other great foreign films.
