They answer emails fast (no complaints there) but this small staff/etc now makes sense why they dont have phones/live chat/ tons of extra staff which helps keep lines so -105/-108 style

It's a Real casino JB...with a Hotel, Pool and a small Beach front. Pinnacle is actually inside, Upstairs on the 2nd floor just like poster valium said.
Even has a Denny's attached to the place.

Not a fancy Hotel at all... but not a Dive.

Interesting, I remember hearing it was very un assuming. Perfect example of how it's the people that make a business successful not the business itself. The casino has a sportsbook I'm assuming?

Yes it has a Race & Sportsbook.
Full Casino with Slots and Tables. and even a Bingo Hall ... lol

Correct .... it's called the Queen Emma Pontoon Bridge. and it's Movable ...lol
When Boats or years ago, Ships would have to pass... so it Swings out and moves to the other side of the Town.... WHILE you are Walking !!

The big bridge in the background is the Queen Juliana bridge. The highest bridge in the caribbean. 185 feet above the water. People have jumped off to commit suicide and survived.

Yeah , was a waste to take a Taxi into town at first, when it was a 10 min walk back from town by way of the Walking Bridge

Yes it is a short walk from Punda to where the cruise ships dock. Taxis are not cheap. What did a taxi cost? Twenty?
