And that's not the whole story: Besides a $3.4 million IRS debt, the company, Garden Operation Realty, owes an undetermined amount of back taxes to New York and New Jersey.
Garden Operation's bankruptcy filing lists another 21 claims.
H&H's president and principal owner, Helmer Toro, could not be reached yesterday.
In the bankruptcy papers, he says a rent dispute was about to shutter H&H's baking facility in Secaucus, NJ.
