I'd get top tier suite in Vegas right away. Not to gamble... but to overindulge in luxuries. eating, banging, massages, clothes, whatever... The Vegas suite becomes HQ for a few weeks to a month while I strategize. I use the airport to visit family... When I've secured the money in a trust and taken care of all my legalities.. I start to house hunt wherever I please. Research from Vegas... then hit a plane to go check places out. I don't see myself gambling except for poker tournaments if I am overwhelmed with an urge. Earmark any tourney winnings as gifts to those close to me. I've been chasing my whole life... a lottery win squares me up and I don't need to start digging another hole by sitting at a blackjack table. F that !
