My father-in-law works for a high up government agency (I won't say what) and he has told me some crazy shit that has gone on in the interrogation room that I honestly didn't think could happen! For anyone who is saying they would keep their mouth shut, all I say is, "don't speak until you are in that spot."

unless you have dealt with these shitheads out of the public eye you have no idea what they are really like...most cops could care less about right or wrong...

Correct me if I'm wrong but you are under no obligation to even go in the interrogation room, right? If I was in jail and the cops took me to a room and started asking me questions I would ask to be taken to my cell. If they refused I would bury my head in my arms.

unless your in one of those high level terrorists cases, where your rights aren't even considered, I can't see why anyone would be interrogated without a lawyer..

when you asked to be taken to a cell they would laugh and call you every name in the book. their intention is to intimidate. thats why people confess to stuff they didnt do. everybody is made different. if you stand up to them theyll back off but if you dont theyll keep on til you say what they want to here..cops are allowed to say anything.

i know that is the law but that is beside the point. if your lawyer aint there and it aint being recorded theyll tell you to get fkd. tv and reality are 2 different things. of course i'm not talkin about bein arrested for disturbing the peace. i'm talkin felonies with multiple individuals involved. supposedly.
