You guys should check out a movie called Slumdog Millionaire.

I thought I'd post this just in case no one has mentioned this movie here. I just saw it the other day and thought it was great. It's about an 18 year old kid who grew up in the slums of Mumbai and he goes on India's version of Who wants to be a Millionaire? and is accused of cheating. One of the better movies I've seen in quite some time.

a buddy told me I had to see it, and I really didn't think there was any chance I would like it, however, it really is one of the better movies that I had seen in a long time. I highly recommend it and would be willing to bet it wins quite a few awards

hmmmm I saw it in the theatre...for sure its different and well done but I found it extremely predictable and simple at every step the older guy who plays his brother was really great in that role...supporting actor Oscar nominee?
