I eat a lot of produce / white meat and stay away from processed food and eating out, Ever since i made that switch I've felt 1000% better and healthier , no vitamin pills as im not big on them , to each their own tho i guess
I heard a nutritionist not too long ago who claimed that the shellac coating on the outside of OneADay will not break down in most digestive systems, so you pretty much just pass them right through with no nutritional contribution, regardless of what's allegedly built into the pill.
Good point. To see if a vitamin is dissolving in your stomach, take a glass and add some vinegar. Then take the pill and drop it into the glass. If it doesn't dissolve within an hour that means it's no dissolving in your stomach.

I take a multiple vitamin, two 325 mg aspirin, fish oil, vitamin A, E, D, C and K. Milk thistle for my liver. Various other ones I pick up from time to time.
