Yea, keep at it, lots of work.
I'm busting my ass now, but hopefully within 3 years, it will mostly be hired out and I will be hiking in Denver at this time, or sking, whatever it does tehre this time of year.
I am watching not to grow to quick. I opened my second store 6 months ago, and now this account.
I am tight on space, but there are some goals I want to achieve before commiting to a bigger facility.

Very impressive. I started a catering/personal chef business here in Vancouver about 9 months ago and am starting to book the nice money catering gigs as of late. Hearing your success at only 21 months of ownership is great to hear.
