Yesterday's Crude thread

Any deal I had with Woodstool on the board didn’t involve a chargeback from either party, for the record. He has done chargebacks off the board, as well as perform other shady PP practices.

The topic of whether or not Crudebar is Woodstool is not debatable. BAS confirmed it in the other thread, it’s been confirmed several times, and you can all but see it just it Crudebar’s responses alone that he’s a guilty man. Every response he had reflected a guilty person.

And as far as whether or not he did those things, it’s also true that he did everything that I stated in that initial post I had in the other thread — and then some. You can rub them off as “allegations” all you want, but they are 100% factual and veriafiable by probably 250-300 emails of evidence.

For the record, Pay.pal never contacted me about a complaint or a chargeback. If that happened, they would want a response from me (I think)

They never took money out of my account, so they haven't initiated any refunds

They only cited "suspicious activity", which I interpret very broadly going all the way back to the forum contests, although it happened after all the election transactions

They did ask for stuff like "shipping documents", to prove I provided a product, but that's just standard verbiage in all these cases (I assume)

I think they concluded I was involved in illegal gambling activities, maybe they think I'm a bookie or something

Were the payments made via Friends and Family? We’re there comments/notes associated with the payments? People in the bourbon community that buy and sell get their PP accounts shut down all the time simply because of the comments made with the transactions. Idiots that state it’s for gambling or illegal bourbon purchases get accounts shut down.

My last jab here. I have seen no evidence that Crude is also Woodstool. Everybody is taking the word of an obviously mental retard (Stanford Sam) in all of this. Just before I joined this forum I was reading that weird thread from underseige that seemed to go on forever. Sam proved to be a total nutjob all through that thread. There is no way I would take the word of an embicile like that to be anywhere near truth.

Redeye has been a total whiney ass bitch towards Crude since he made his wager. He should have just STFU and let the wagers play their course. I dont know what you were trying to accomplish with all this but doing it on the word of a mental retard is not a sound decision. But of course everyone here is taking Sam what says as gospel. Willie's PP got frozen with Crude funding Willie's account before the election took place. At that point , Crude had no idea how the night would go.. We have had no information since with Willie's account.. Pretty much why I brought it up. A chargeback might still be in the works and that's the reason why it could be frozen.. some here seem to think there's a more diabolical plan...

He very knows that Woodstool and Crudebar are the same. He confirmed it over email as well. He just doesn't want to be involved. Simple as that.

As long as Crudebar wins these wagers, he probably won't see an issue with PP, as Crudebar won't have a problem if he is taking home profits.

If Woodstool lost a bet (think he won), and if Woodstool initiated the chargeback (think it was SS), and if Woodstool is Crudebar..., if all of those things are true and can be proven beyond reasonable doubt, I'd reconsider

But I don't think we're getting to first base here. I think SS initiated the chargeback, for whatever reason.

Well no, they're taking the word of BAS/SBR who have looked into it and concluded this. You can disagree with that if you want (you would be wrong) but it isn't StanfordSam's statement that Crude is Wood that has people believing it, it is the mods/SBR.

That's your opinion.. Maybe you're not looking at the bigger picture. Willie's PP account is frozen . Sam showed me enough material that this isn't Crudes first rodeo with scamming PP accounts.. If anything , I seem to be one of the few that gives a shit about Willie getting screwed here. He's already sent money back to Crude while his PP account is still frozen..

I thought someone was paid, then not paid, then paid again? I thought that was part of everything that went down? I don't recall with absolute certainty, but I'm pretty sure that pay.pal chargebacks were "in the mix"

If you want some lock it up circumstantial evidence that Crudebar and Woodstool are one and the same take a look at these two threads. One started by Woodstool. The other by Crudebar over a year later. I mean who the fk ever heard of John Ross? Not me. Case sealed as far as I'm concerned as to identity.

Exploited did this research and posted it in Willie's thread on this subject.
