Moscow Times, Havana Gazette, the Tehran Post & the Caracas Free Press were probably the earliest newspapers to endorse the "Citizen of the World" All the US hating rags support this newest apostle of the Chicago's radical Democratic machine!

:nohead:

how'd that work out for

Kerry, Gore, Dukakis, Mondale, Carter

I guess that meant something to Bubba though, as he is the only one that won with such advantage.

Why would a person who is trying to discuss politics at a higher level, emphasis on trying, think what a newspaper's editor thinks is important? Especially an editor that endorses the Democratic Presidential candidate every year?

Those guys did not get newspapers to endorse a Dem candidate for the first time ever. There is a pretty obvious difference this time around. Newspapers that automatically endorse the Republican are for the first time flipping sides. I'm not going to argue that it's all that important, but your comparison to those others just isn't there.

I don't think newspapers matter much but Dubya & Kerry were pretty even I recall...perhaps I'm wrong.

It's the opinion of an editor, not some superior being. Have you ever been influenced by an editor? Do you know anybody that has?

Wow, once again you managed to completely ignore the point that I was making in reply to you and change the subject just as I figured you would.

Do you have any more breaking news from unnamed inside sources?

I didn't ignore anything, I just took it to the next level and ultimate conclusion.

An editor's opinion is worthless and nobody really cares. If somebody is actually influenced by such opinion, then shame on their shallow selves.

Nah....but they are stretching their ad buys in NH & Wisconsin...which means they aren't putting anymore money in those states just extending the existing buys they have. Mark those two off too.

I will probably guess that report leaked off of the fact that CO has pretty open early voting laws...will probably pull the ads sooner since more of the electorate will have voted. PA has no early voting.

You can probably move onto another poll that shows a closer race.....here's a hint....GWU battleground shows a one point race..............the rest don't.

Iowa, New Mexico, Colorado, New Hampshire, Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota....all written off. McCain's last stand??? Pennsylvania... As barman would say....pure comedy gold.

Maybe McCain can pull within 2-3 points overall. Doesn't matter. He still has no path.

Why do 39 newspapers endorse McCain?!

Had to have been before Palin announcement, no other way to explain it.
