Ive always had an idea for these sort of games where you dont know if it will get rained out. Couldnt you bet on a pitcher to get under a certain amount of K's, assuming if there is a rain delay after it starts, he will most likely not resume pitching after the delay is over and they go back to playing. Most of the prop bets just say the pitcher has to start.
