joe needs to go NOW if they Wanna WIN this Year

The yanks shouldn't fire torre as a punishment. The yanks would be doing Torre a favor by letting him go at this point. Let him suffer with this team like the rest of us.

The yanks would also be idiotic to bring in the "next" yankee manager of the future on this team at this point. Unless the guy had this team play .700 ball the rest of the season his start as a yankee manager would be a failure.

TORRE N The PLayers Are FLAT Out WAY TOO Comftorable For each other .....The personality of The Team Takes on its leader....Torre Shows NO Fire n This Team NEEDS CHange with The amount of Talent it has....I'm Not sayin Torre is a Bad Manager ...Christ , injuries are Sumtin He can't Control...BUT...for This YEAR And For This TEAM , THEY ..the Ny yankees Need someone different.......FRANK ROBINSON !!!!

I was at the game tonight and saw each Yankee come up, make an out and walk back to the dugout without any emotion. I'm sitting in the stands fuming and wondering why they are taking this so easily. Just once I'd like to see one of them show some emotion. Throw a bat, smash a water cooler, anything.

It appears to me that they have given up and are playing out the string.

I'd take Paul O'neill out of the press box and put him in right field tomorrow. 6 years out of the game and he would still show more emotion then these guys and would be hitting no worse then Abreu.

Todd, That's Exactly My point ...No Fvckn EMotion ! I know the other arguement Is you don't Need a Fiery Guy To succeed ...ex ...bill walsh, joe gibbs , Cito Gaston, tom kelly , and Even TOrre a decade ago Are All great examples....

BUT For THIS team ....A Sense of Desperation ANd EMOTION is What It'ds Gonna TAKE to AT Least Have A chance of Winning ....sure, A Change may Not Even be Enough with the injuries N offensive Woes , BUT IF You STAY THE cOUrse What Are the Odds things WIll Turn Around....

I Would Take My SHOT Right NOW And HOPE That A change of emotion Will Spark This Team ....My God , EVERYONE IS TOO Fvckn Comftorable !!! It's SO Obvious that TORRE Right Now Is The WRONG FIT .....and YES, A value of A good Coach is somewhat Overrated , But in This Situation , I tHINK IT WILL BE Most Appreciated !!!!!:nono5:

Took two series in a row from the team that holds the best record in baseball.

The Yanks are not a joke.

It could be 18 games, and I would still be looking over my shoulder.

I dont know if it's the chemistry or the managing. But something is fishy there.
