Pedro was years and years ago. You can't throw at someone's head from 4 years ago. The blame is on that pitcher. Plain and simple. Obvious you hae the Sox but do not bring in Pedro. Blame Chamberlin.

I love it, adds to the drama. Red Sox had a chance to bury the yankees and managed what, 6 hits the last two games. Too bad they blew their gunk all over the chisox, would have been much better for them if they saved some of their hits for the WANG!

Today's sox line up not to be confused with the '27 yankees...

Pedroia
Crisp
Ortiz
Youkilis
Lowell
Drew
Varitek
Hinske
Cora

Red Sox lineup does suck here and yes it adds to the drama. Dreadful on offense. You are correct WC.

Sorry for snapping at anyone Terps and Rev Al. The yanks sweep us and I guarantee you that they are not happy for their pitcher to be throwing consecutive pitches over the head of the Red Sox. That pitcher is wrong. The blame is squarely on him.

Tip my hat to the Yankees. They battle hard and are always a threat. I have a lot of respect forthe Yanks.

Tom just to clarify what my point was. I am not tying past incidents together. Pedro threw at players heads all the time. If you were one of the ones cheering when he did that, then it is hypocritical to get mad at someone else for doing the same thing. I am just using Pedro as an example.

Yeah Terps. Sorry for snapping if I did. I did not cheer when Pedro threw at peopls heads. That is not right. Retaliation is one thing. Throwing at heads is another. Dice K hit Arod in game 1 and Clemens hit Pedrioa in game 2 and some said in retaliation. That is part of the game. I think in this instance there is no reason to throw consecutive pitches like that. There i no reason as the game is over and you guys WON. He could have done it once and it would have been a non issue..to do it twice is something different. Just my thoughts. Peace bro.

I don't understand the whole situation. He threw 2 of them to the backstop, but they legitimately weren't within 1 or 2 feet of hitting him. Why throw up and in twice in a row if you're not trying to hit him? He couldn't have been, or else one of them would have connected. His control was dead on the inning before. Maybe he was just trying to send a message? But even then, it was unnecessary.

It should be a 10 game suspension for throwing at someone's head. Hit them square in the back and be done with it.
