Yanks 1st and 3rd, 1 out. Come on baby, show us why you hit lead-off Damon!

1-0 Yankees, thank you Damon. Come on Jeter, keep it going. Let's give RJ some runs, he will probably need them. Don't want to leave it to ARod in a close game, he only comes through during blowouts. Come on Jeter, 3 run homer would be nice...

Hope you two cash it with the rest of us, we're all squares in this thread, LOL. We got a lot of work yet though....

RJ is starting to show cracks, got two quick outs in 3rd and then walked two guys. You can not put guys on base and beat the Tigers. Not feeling so good about him now, even though we escaped he couldn't find the strike zone that inning. Plus the Yanks always stick with him way too long IMO, pull him if he starts screwing up, don't wait until we're down 5 runs.

Let's go Yanks, we need support for the big fella!

Thanks for your help ARod. Tight game I should have known. One man on and no out, what does Mr MVP do? Ground into a double play of course. Had it been 14-0 he would have hit a 450 foot monster out of the stadium. Of course Yanks then proceed to load the bases even after those two outs from ARod.

Sorry Yank fans, I just can't stand that guy. He never helps me, only hurts me when I bet this team. Nice as hell guy, just chokes anytime I need him to do something. Who knows what might have come that inning without the double play from Arod. Sigh.

The Yanks have Bonderman on the ropes and need to get a few more runs before they yank him.

Johnson not looking too bad so far, but I thought he was going to lose it when he wasn't getting the calls. Go Yanks!
