No, the line today was hilarious. Slight pitching disadvantage tomorrow, but Pettite has been among the most consistent starters in the game this year, Yankees offense and bullpen better than Oakland's, at Yankee Stadium ... -125/-130 is my fair line on the game, don't see any more value in Oakland than any other random Yankee fade.
I agree with you Illini, this line is ridiculous IMO. Only one worse was the game today, are you kidding me? Gaudin vs Igwa and his ERA over 7 yet Yankees opened -155? I had Oakland today and most certainly will have them again tomorrow. Petitte has been fairly consistant but he's got nowhere near the stuff that Haren has these days. Right now the guy has an ERA under 2 (1.94) and is 3-0 lifetime against the Yanks. Last 7 the Yanks are hitting like .240 while the A's have actually been hitting much better. Only concern is the bullpen which is why I played it first 5 innings for now. Any other team and this game is a pick or close to it. I can't remember the last time I made a bet on the Yanks. I don't dislike them or anything, it's just the price is so out of line most the time you either don't play or you have to fade them.
