Moose was more the victim of bad luck than poor pitching tonight.

He made some very good pitches other than the one that Anderson hit out, everything else was jam shots, cue shots, bloopers, and of course the one other well hit ball should have ended the inning without the Yankees making a mess of it on the collision.

But that's baseball.

I don't know why they're calling these plays that are so close. There was a call last week where the 2nd baseman lifted his foot for the force and they say that he pulled his foot off the bag. 99 times out of 100 in the regular season that gets called as a put out.
