I have been playing with this book since I won a free account there in an RX competition about 18 months ago. Ido and I seemed to get on ok we always talked on the MSN and he always seemed like a nice guy. Despite some negative publicity on this and other sites he had paid me 3 times in the past so I figured it was ok to carry a small (under $3K) balance there. The first time I asked for a payout it was processed instantly. The 2nd time within 2 days but the one prior to this took 5 days. Now this time he is taking the biscuit. On 17th January I requested a payout of my entire balance $2085 and was paid an installment of $1000 on 24th January but the rest still remains outstanding for 12 days now

He said neteller was sent $50K on the 21st yet 8 days later the neteller is still not funded. Yet mysteriously $1,000 magically appears in neteller to pay me an installment. This does not make sense to me. I would appreciate any advice on how I can get out of this mess!
