Wyoming-Troy game delayed?

Scoreboard is showing the game as delayed after starting. If anyone's watching or listening, what happened?

Apparently their is a 2 hour delay as well... according to the Troy basketball twitter handle

Those lighting conditions probably wouldn't be conducive to the over.

Troy BB twitter says that MWC rules govern and they provide that game will not be played if power isn't restored within two hours of the outage. They say the outage occurred at 7:20 MT so it has to be back on by 9:20 MT. That's 50 minutes from now. This game is technically a preliminary round game for a tournament which will be played in Vegas. Don't know whether that would affect the decision.

Having Troy for a parlay, of course power goes down just as Troy battled back from a 13-6 deficit to tie the game, not sure I'd want this to continue. Tough to gear up for the game again

According to another tweet the power came back on four minutes before the deadline and the game is apparently going to be resumed--probably with very few fans still in attendance.
