I played with them when they were with sportbet. But now they are using cris's facilities. I hear their linesman chester is gone. I know one poster had redported problems with thier CS but it ultimately got resolved

This is a book we saw with problems in the past but has made a nice turnaround.

They brought in one of the best CS managers, moved in with CRIS and straightened out their ownership issues(so we think).

This is not a CRIS type book but rather a high promo small to med size player book.

I give them credit for trying to improve, should be one to watch.

Owner is standup guy as of TODAY. I know him personally and has always paid players.

These guys were total Mufvkers to deal with in the past

I won a little with them (maybe 1.5 dimes) and they 1) cut me from betting over the internet 2) tried in EVERY WAY IMAGINABLE to cheat me out of my bonus by claiming first that I had not met rollover (I in fact rolled over about 20 times when 5 times was required) and later claiming I had not met their "30 day rule" when I in fact requested a payout on the 31st day.

I basically had to insinuate I would take the matter public to get paid.

Unless they have made some big ownership or CS changes as was mentioned above, I would stay away.

Betmaker and their sister books used to operate out of the Sportbet.com offices. For the best interests of everyone involved, they have since moved on and now operate out of CRIS's office.

I was think of giving them a try but hate that you cannot parlay props from different games...same as CRIS.
