I have had a very strange experience using wwts'site betp2p. I joined today and made approx 6 wagers..Mostly 20 per. I wagered "against" horses and "for" horses. Had no problemuntil I wagered $200. Hit the winner @ Hollywood after confirmation of wager was issued. MOney deducted from account. Then after the race my $200 stake back in account with no winnings.Horse did win .I was due $270profit less 5% commission.Called they had no record of my wager.What gives..They are working on a resolution with manager tomorrow.Any one know anything regarding this betp2p deal?? advz thx rich
in P2P ur bet has to be matched by another live person...your wager goes 'pending' & fund are then deducted from your account...If by gametime the bet has not been 'matched' then the pending wager is cancelled & funds are added back to your account...You can only succesfully place a bet if someone else is matching it...

OK..here is scenario...On the other wagers I made all went thru without a hitch after the confirm was given by myself...You see your total liability or your total profit.You have the option for or against a specific horse. Once u confirm the wager and it notes your wager is successful.wouldn't that imply your wager is on? That is what the scenario was for all wagers I made. I was given the odds of +135 on a $200 wager affording me a $270 profit which I confirmed and was immediately told my wagerwas successful.So? advz thx rich
in P2P you can accept the odds that are posted by another person or create your own odds. If you create your own odds...your bet then pends & someone has to match it...If I remember correctly it should still show in your history however...
But remember, you may have seen the word accepted...meaning it is available for others to gram...if no one grabs at those odds then the bet is cancelled right when the game starts...
I could go on there & place a bet on the game, but if no one is interested in the Odds then no match...

You have to have an equivalent amount against your wager to get paid winning in betp2p I believe...though I haven't used it too much.

With several minutes to go b4 postime I wagered on a horse at +135.I wagered $200.I confirmed the wager. The site noted my wager was "successful"..so now I should wait until after the race for the horse to win and they decide to refund my stake. Am I a %^$#@** idiotor did I go to CCNY for 4 years for naught.How in He.. can someone wager like that praytell?
Oh by the way...The other 2 wagers I made "for" horses to win both lost. A $20 and an $80 wager. I beg to differ...I had trouble depositing via credit card. I used cards that I use with Sportsbook.com all the time with no luck.They also charge 3% fee for the use of a card. Also had a real tough time navigating the site. The clerk I spoke to never eben heard of Betp2p...The 10% bonus they wanted a 5x rollover on...So what is so reputable about this operation. Yes Sportsavant u are right they do have a good totorial whicjh I did listen to....The betting history is great ...except when u wager 2 minutes to post by the time you finish the race is ready to start and I as unusual as it may sound actually like to watch the race. My history showed nothing of the wager..either matched or unmatched.Twilight zone?maybe I am smoking too much crack or something but all I know is this F....money was down on this nag @ hollywood..

OK Sportsavant ..your wisdom is very solomonlike and u are probably right. I am a bit hot over this. The $$ is a trivial aspect in the total picture. Just after hitting a darn winner and finding there was a glitch doesnt really make the gambler feel to "festive" ..As far as hitting an "OK" button..nope. I placed all wagers in the same manner without any problem. All wagers I made were deemed"successful" ..several smaller wagers"against horses were paid off..a $19 winner a $38 winner. This one evaporated.Go figure...
