I thinked that I asked this a few weeks ago, but no one really answered the question about interest rates in some states.
This auction below is from a teacher who mentions about being in a rate capped state. I noticed last week that Texas is a rate capped state. But does that mean EVEN if you have AA credit, that the most that you can ask for is still 8.31% or so??
