I assume you're referring to problems when sending money. I have NO IDEA how WU stays in business - they make it incredibly hard to use their service. Been doing some work with Chinese suppliers, so have done a ton of WU trans in the last few months.
First, their web site is absolute dog-$hit. Incredibly slow.
Second, you are basically never able to do a transfer without calling in and talking to someone. That's incredibly expensive for them, don't know which genius decided to spend money on that. Basically defeats the purpose of having a web site.
The one thing I have noticed is that the calls and "verifications" are a lot shorter if the amount is less than $1200. As soon as I send more than that, they want to verify EVERYTHING on my transfer and my credit card.
I'm sure that there's bull$hit policies behind everything I've written - I've never seen a company that makes it this hard to use their services.
