I recently had an incident sending a deposit via MG.The clerk put the second last name last,5D could not pick up the deposit.I went back to the store to explain what happened,and asked the clerk to resubmit with the names in proper order,she swore up and down she submitted it the right way,In short this women was a royal pain in the ass.She wanted me to call MG directly to solve the problem...I called 5D and they assured me the clerk screwed up....I go back to the store and Ava Brawn is no longer on duty,Its another gal.She resubmits my request,She turns the screen around to me, to make sure the names are in the proper place...Bang,the money goes threw......What a waste of time and energy,because of a stubborn clerk.
