it does not matter what the original charge was. when you violate probation you are guilty of a crime with no chance of innocence. She was stopped late at night after getting burgers so I do not know how that is commuting to work. You also have to get special commuting permission. It is not automatically granted to everyone. She did not have this special permission anyway.

How many people drink and drive and drive with suspended licenses and dont get caught? Probably quite a few. This dumb bitch gets caught numerous times.

I'm sure the Judge drives all the time .8 or higher. People violate probation all the time and don't go to jail. House arrest maybe but not always jail. This crime and violations are very minor.
