WTF My Book counted my Duke teaser as a Loss cuz it was postponed

shouldnt whole ticket be canceled?

also had another ticket where I parlayed NC Wilm and Duke with Villanova and that ticket they left open still but downgraded it cuz of the juice...dont I have a right to get out of ticket if other games canceled?

Never heard of a book counting a loss because postpone. Game must have action to count.
