My agent just changed my PPH site and it's completely different. I triple check each of my tickets because they never look right.
Takes a little while to get used to just like this ESPN change.

Site upgrades/redesigns can be a good thing. Doing them just for the sake of doing so, however, is not.

This one looks very much like a "hey...it's in our budget, so we better justify that" type of upgrade.

I've only spent a few minutes on the new site, but it doesn't look like much stands out as improved from the old version. Not even the UI/UX visuals.
