Modern 'progressive' America has become a political circus of picking winners and losers eroding the original Constitutional foundations of liberty and equal justice for all.

It shouldn't matter if you're black, 'Hispanic' (strictly a political term) or white, male or female, high income or low...the rules should apply the same to everyone.
