WSSB Sportsbook Help

Hello, I recently (25 sep) joined WBBS Sportsbook/Casino and deposited my money, I placed one bet (won) and now I cannot seem to access their site, I have tried the telephone number 1-800 486 7040 and had no luck connecting to them.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem with this Sportsbook?

Any help/suggestions welcome.

i got to the site fine.

are you using aol?

if so, they have special instructions for aol users.

try this:

AOL UserHelp
In order to utilize the Wallstreet Superbook Online Wagering Site you must perform the following:

Push the button that says "Keyword"
Type in the word "preferences" (a new window will pop up)
Select "Preferences Guide" from the new window. (a new window will pop up)
Select "The Web" and then press "Set Up Now" (a new window will pop up)
Push the button which says "Delete Files" in the area labeled "Temporary Internet Files"
Push the button which says "Clear History" in the area labeled "History"
In the window labeled "Days to keep pages in history" input the number 0
Push the button labled "Settings" in the area labeled "Temporary Internet Files" (a new window will pop up)
Select the option which says "Every visit to the page"
Press the OK button (the window will close)
Now press the button in the lower right hand corner which says "Apply"
Now press the button labeled "OK"
Turn off AOL
Log back into AOL and continue as normal

I have AOL and can sign-in fine. No problem.

@RPM - I'm using I.E 6 and had no trouble before however I'll follow your suggestions, thanks alot, I'll keep you posted.

Hi again, I still cannot access the site, I have cleared my temp internet files, restarted browser and still the same results.

I have tried the telephone number and I cannot get in contact with them at all, Any other suggestions?

Edit: I am using Win XP Pro with SP1 + All latest updates

Try not only re-starting your browser, but also shutting down your whole computor and re-starting it. Good luck

sometimes depending where you are located the site can be down. I have had this happen. it's hard to explain, but the site may be down in certain areas. give it a couple hours and try again.

you could also call them and have them reset it on their end, this has help me in the past also.

Go to www.betgameday.com (a sister site).

Click on "Live Help" in the bottom left corner of their homepage.

There is an option there to select the "Site you are Contacting" - choose Wallstreet Superbook.

Tell the operator your problem.

In an effort to combat the DDoS attacks and extortion demands, VIP-managed books have blocked out certain IP addresses, thus minimizing the severity of the attacks. During this process, however, some “innocent” IPs are being blocked inadvertently. Fortunately, there is a solution:

1. Go to http://www.vipschedules.com/myip.asp and write down the number you see on that page. This is the IP address of your computer.

2. Then email the sportsbook with your account ID and your IP address (from step one). See below for the contact information for all VIP-managed books.

3. VIP Management will pass this information upstream to their provider who will make the necessary adjustments to unblock your IP address. This will typically require a maximum of 24 hours.
