i know they are a good book, but thinking about sending a deposit over there today to play their interactives. I was just wondering how are they doing on withdrawals?

how long does it take to get a check processed? still having trouble?

They seem to be caught up, i got a fed-ex thru them last month and it took about 5 bussiness days total.

WESX has had zero complaints here for a long time. When Neteller closed their US business there were some delays at a lot of books but I don't remember any at WSEX. Bottom line at WSEX is if you win fair and square you will get paid without a doubt in a timely manner. If you don't - let me know at wilheim@therx.com and I will investigate imediately.

I like wsex, but when I requested a payout by check (I think they will charge you 30 bucks or so to do fedex) it was over a month before I got a check. That includes the time I put in the request until I got it.

well for 30 they ship over night the way i do it,. and 2 weeks or less for mail! i have been with them for 5 yrs now! I dont like the fact they have slowed there servers down and take about 5-10 sec for bets to go threw or be declined alot of cancled wajor i think this is bullsh't!

I requested a check for $9500 regular mail two weeks ago and got it in 8 days.
