WSEX payout

Anyone here made a withdraw from WSEX recently?? I've made a withdraw request last monday and today they don't even have my tracking number...all they told me was they are waiting for their processor to provide them one...this is a good book but they need to improve on their payout process....

It might be advisable to transfer funds to another book, roll 1X, then withdraw, if they are having processor issues.

As of today (9/24) or 7 business days after I've made my request...they still don't have my tracking number and all the blames are on their processor...

This is real fuk up....but what can you do??? Doug's idea sounds good...

I would transfer to the Greek. Hopefully they arent having ay problems. But this is very upsetting to hear as I have a substantial amount of money with SEX>>>>Hope u get your tarcking number shortly. Best of luck to you and the rest of us with funds at these books that have no problems taking your money but when it comes time to take out they come up with various reasons for the delay and love passing the buck to the mysterious processor. Ya' right! What BS!

its a good policy IMO because GREEK and BETJAM are not payment processors, they are sportsbooks. In this day and age people try to use them as payment processors because they have their shit together... so this increase in rollover I am sure is a response to that.

3X is fair enough. I'd do that if I were worried about a delay. I have no idea if WSEX is experiencing delays, or if this a temporary thing, or an isolated incident. I do think WSEX will find a way to pay w/o Bodog type waits.

I requested a withdrawal from WSEX a few months ago. They never responded to any of my emails about it but I got the check after about 30-40 days. The check is written off a US bank so it takes a bit longer.

I've been with WSEX for over 10 years with no problems whatsoever.

I want to give you guys an update about my payout...the check finally arrived today.....it took 9 business days from the day i requested...

What so funny is that Customer Service rep can not provide me a tracking number up until today....

Bottom line is WSEX does pay.....but to pay $50 and have to wait for 10 days to get paid is ridiculous....

I love the Greek payout and hear good thing about Betjam too...

For the record

Bottom line WSEX always ends up paying. Unfortunately times have changed and withdrawals at many books simply take longer. All players should try to keep that fact in mind.

my apologies if the post was taken the wrong way.... but it was simply a joke.

truth of the matter, is this customer was paid in 9 days, and if you take out the weekend it sounds like 7 business days.

as wilheim mentioned in the post above mine, people simply have to be a bit more patient these days as things take a little longer, but WSEX has an A+ track record so I woudnt worry about them, and that is all I was trying to say with my post.

WAY WAY TOOOOOO much info being given out here. I am sure our ENEMIES in Washington are going thru these forums seeing whats going on. The books have enough problems, lets not help the enemy.
