The page on transfers from WSEX has changed. They now want your secure ID in order to do transfers. Am I missing something?

(they are offering to reduce the fee on Instacash from 8.9% to 3%, but still)

Chaser- I'm not sure what the problem is that you are having. Your secure ID is a 6 digit number that is the secure ID # that you have with Neteller.

Make your requests from the Neteller site, not from the Book's site if you're uncomfortable with it.
